The 3D Warren Team: The Makers of Shape and Color

At 3D Warren, we mix clean digital design with beautiful hand-painted art. Our work brings together two skills: making the perfect shape on a computer and painting it by hand in the real world. By matching world-class digital sculptors with talented local painters, we make sure every statue leaving our San Francisco Bay Area studio is a unique masterpiece.

The Founder & Studio Lead

Mark Dorado | Lead Curator

The idea for 3D Warren started because Mark wanted a real, lasting statue of his dog, Dahlia. Mark manages every step of building your statue—from the initial model to the final protective coat of paint. He personally tests each new pet statue we create and designs our unique alternative art styles.

The Digital Architect

Alexander Kuzmenko | Master 3D Sculptor

The perfect shape of our statues starts with the digital art of Alexander Kuzmenko. Known around the world for his highly detailed animal models, Alexander creates the digital shapes that become our physical statues. His amazing skill is what gives our models such a realistic and lifelike feeling.

Studio Collaboration Spotlight

FM-Ink: The "Alebrije" Series

We are proud to feature our special collection with popular San Francisco Bay Area muralist and tattoo artist, FM-Ink.

For this series, FM-Ink brought his bright, energetic style to a limited run of our statues. The Alebrije Series turns our Chihuahua models into colorful, magical spirit guides. They are covered in the beautiful patterns and dreamlike colors of Mexican folklore, creating a amazing mix of cultural art and modern sculpture.

The Color Specialists: Our Painting Collective

The final, most hard-working part of our process is the hand-painting. 3D Warren partners with a special group of talented local painters right here in the San Francisco Bay Area.

These are the skilled artists who spend 8 to 20 hours painting each custom statue. Using your favorite pet photos as a guide, our artists carefully hand-paint every single spot, color change, and fur detail. They do much more than paint—they turn a plain model into a living portrait of your best friend.
