The Ordering Process

How does the custom statue process work? Every custom statue is a teamwork journey between you and our studio:

  1. Book Your Spot: Buy a spot on our schedule with a $400 deposit for the month you want.
  2. Design Chat: We reach out to choose your dog's breed, pose, and paint style.
  3. Send Photos: You upload clear pictures of your pet from different sides.
  4. Making & Painting: We build the shape and hand-paint the details. We send you picture updates along the way so you can check the look.
  5. The Final Touch: Once you love it, we add a protective coat and send the final bill.

How long does it take to make?

To keep our quality high, we never rush our art. Custom statues take 4 to 8 weeks to create and paint once we have your photos. Our unpainted, small Archive models are prepared and shipped out within 3 to 5 business days.

Statue Details & Care

What are the statues made of?

Our statues are made from a high-quality, strong, and safe material that allows us to capture the tiny, realistic details of each pet's shape.

Are the pieces hand-painted?

Yes. We never use factory painting styles. Every single piece is hand-painted by local artists right here in the San Francisco Bay Area, taking anywhere from 8 to over 20 hours of careful work.

Do the statues include a Certificate of Authenticity? 

Yes. All of our original works come with a real 3D Warren Certificate of Authenticity. This document proves it is an official piece from our studio and shows its unique number.

How should I take care of my statue?

  • Where to Put It: Keep your statue indoors. Avoid placing it in very hot areas or under long periods of direct sunlight.
  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe away dust. Do not use chemical cleaners or soaps.
  • Handling: While our statues are strong and sturdy, they are still fine art pieces. Handle them gently to protect the beautiful paint job.

Shipping & Studio Rules

Where do you ship? We offer fully insured shipping anywhere inside the United States. If you live locally in the Bay Area, you can also set up a time to pick up your statue directly from our studio.

What is your return policy? Because every statue is custom-made for your pet, all sales are final. The $400 deposit is non-refundable because it pays for your materials and spot right away. We make sure you love your statue by sending you picture updates to approve before it is finished.

Is my payment safe? Yes. Our website uses secure checkout systems powered by Shopify. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
